We start working on the production of your ordered goods as soon as we receive payment for the advance invoice. The delivery time depends on the size of the order and the complexity of the production, but as a rule it is within 14 working days.

Yes, you can also order plain, unprinted textiles from GoMerch. Contact us and our sales team will guide you through the entire process of selecting blanks.

Yes, it is also possible to place an urgent order. However, such an order is subject to additional charges.

Yes, you can also supply your own textiles which we will print. However, you will need to provide us with information about the textile in order for us to be able to assess the printing options.

Graphics should be in PDF, PNG, JPG, PSD or any vector format.

Yes, our team of graphic designers are happy to assist you with print data preparation or graphic editing. However, there is an additional charge for these services. For larger orders, this service may be included in the order price.

We recommend washing all products at 30°C or maximum 40°C. We recommend turning the products inside out and washing from the inside to avoid damaging the print.
